Who we are

What data we collect through the contact form

When you fill in the form, we receive the company name, the email address and, if you choose to give it, the phone number. We use this data only to reply to you and to prepare an offer.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Requests are stored on the website server and deleted automatically after 12 months, unless you become a client, in which case we keep the data for the duration of the contract and the legal obligations arising from it. We do not store the IP address or the browser used to submit the form.

Cookie-free visitor statistics

To know how many people visit the site and which pages they read, we use Koko Analytics, a tool that runs on our own server, not with a third party. It is configured to use no cookies, create no identifiers and keep no IP addresses. We only see aggregate figures, such as page views and the sites visitors come from. We cannot identify a person from these statistics.

Cookies

The site places no cookies in visitors' browsers. Technical cookies appear only for administrators who sign in to the admin panel. That is why we do not ask for your consent through a banner.

Fonts and external resources

Fonts and all site resources are loaded from our own server. Your browser makes no requests to Google or other external services when you visit the pages.

Website protection

To protect the site against attacks we use a web application firewall (Wordfence), which may temporarily process the IP address and technical request data to block malicious traffic. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure. The hosting provider may also keep technical server logs for a limited period.

To stop automated messages sent through the form, the server checks a few technical signals on submission (a verification code computed by your browser, the time taken to fill in the form and interaction with the page) and keeps an irreversible cryptographic fingerprint of the IP address for at most 24 hours, only to limit the number of submissions. The fingerprint does not allow you to be identified and is deleted automatically. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the form against abuse.

For administrative security, an activity log (Simple History) records login attempts to the administration area, including the IP address they came from, as well as changes made by administrators. Entries are deleted automatically after 30 days. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the site.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent data. It may reach only the providers that allow us to operate, such as the hosting company and the email service, and only as far as necessary. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. For any of these, write to us at . We reply within one month at most.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.

Changes

We may update this policy when the way the site works changes. This version is valid from October 2026.
